Session topics:
Curriculum, research and brain science
10 Step differentiated process to teach multiplication including:
Skip counting so students can fill in any counting gaps with the CRA model and context
Basic fact foundations
2,3,4 digit x 1 digit, 2 digit x 2 digit multiplication so students can advance their learning to bigger numbers.
Connect student learning to guide them how to multiply decimal numbers.

Session Topics:
Help students link multiplication to division so they can see the connection.
Use sharing to help students really understand division
Basic facts and differentiated division
